Painting in Progress: Empire Greatswords for a friend

I am currently also working on painting a unit of 40 Greatswords and a small unit filler for an Empire army for a friend. The idea is to make them stand out from the Empire troops that are painted with GW Scab red highlighted with a mix of Scab red and white (to be confirmed). So for the moment, I think I'll go for deep, blood red (on a base of GW Scab Red) and shiny GW Mithril Silver and Gold for armour plates and details.

Currently, all the models were basecoated white and some GW Boltgun metal is being applied on all the armour and swords areas
